Biomass to Bio Oil

Biomass to Bio Oil Technology

Biomass to Bio Oil conversion using the Pyrolysis Process is an efficient method. Pyrolysis of biomass results in liquid Bio Oil. Our technology produces Bio Oil, Wood Acid, Wood Gas, and Biochar from Biomass.

During Biomass Plantation activities, we came across the need for Fast, Convenient, and Affordable Biomass conversion to liquid form. The Conversion of Biomass to Biofuel solves various Biomass Handling issues.

Biomass is a plant or animal material used as energy, or in various industrial processes as a raw substance for a range of products. It can be purposely grown energy crops, wood or forest residues, or waste from food crops.

We have designed the pyrolysis of a Biomass Plant of size 2 MTPD. It’s a significant step in Biomass to Biofuel Conversion. Plant scaling is not an issue.

Pyrolysis of Biomass to Bio oil

Biomass Pyrolysis Oil

Our pyrolysis of Biomass is a proven technology. Biomass Pyrolysis takes place when it is heated to high temperatures in the absence of Oxygen. The pyrolysis process results in gas formation. Further, the process involves the cooling of gases. Further, the gas cooling process results in Biomass Pyrolysis Oil (also termed as Bio Oil).

The non-condensable gases have modest heating values. This property of non-condensable gases helps in electricity generation. Biochar is another by-product of the process. It contains carbon along with non-volatile components of the biomass. Additionally, the process results in a Biochemical named Wood Acid.

Further upgrading of Pyrolysis oils has potential. We are closely working on upgrading Bio Oil.

Wood to Oil

Wood to Oil

Wood is a widely available source for Biomass energy. The treatment of Waste wood or Agricultural Waste (like Crop Residues, Bagasse, Grass, etc.) is essential. Usually, Farmers burn such agricultural waste that results in pollution.

Wood to Oil Conversion is an efficient technology. Our technology, bio-crude oil from waste wood, is a milestone in the waste wood industry. Kindly send us your Business Enquiry.
